There are a lot of shows that come through Santa Cruz, and a few weeks ago the Family Roots tour made a stop at the Catalyst for an awesome night of reggae music. The tour was comprised of a few well known acts around the area, E.N Young and Imperial Sound Mystic Roots and they had a special guest reggae artist Bobby Hustle. The line up already was sizing up for a magnificent show and Santa Cruz was ready for it, artist always have a soft spot in their heart for Santa Cruz as they know the music scene has always been attractive for local artists but also artists from all over.
The tour was filled with a lot of good music but most importantly great positive vibes, Shalom clothing knew how much driving these guys had been doing and wanted to make their show in Santa Cruz as pleasant as possible. Owner Jacob Seedman has created a great relationship with the Herer Group who are the pioneers when it comes to the original strains in the cannabis industry. The green room for those artists was filled with products from the Original Jack Herer which turned the evening for those artists even more magical, a lot of laughs filled with a lot of Peace and some beautiful music.
